in order for it to be an atv doesn't it have to have some kind of atv part on it?

@troy6985 Not cheating at all. You can shift your weight however you want as long as you are not changing the weight of the machine.

thats not an atv , they are called mini tractor pulls i went to one... and thats definately a suzuki GSXR engine.

Actually it is an ATV because that is how the organizers of the event refer to them and it has an ATV body. A monster truck is a big go kart frame and technically not a truck but they still call it that.
