  • I have the Sega Master system version of that game. Another good game for the Airwolf theme is the Desert Strike Series ( Desert Strike, Jungle Strike, and Urban Strike)

  • This game had great character animation for such limited resolution. The run cycles are awesome. This was also much funner (and easier) than the actual Airwolf game- man I couldn't get far on that at all!

  • Yeah the Airwolf game was very complicated, it was far too easy to lose energy.

  • Hahah OMG C64..... Yup I remember playing this game. Was real fun. I also had the Airwolf game and damn it was no fun at all, you started out in this closed space and just to get out took me several days of practice shooting that moving thing.... then the level itself was just like a puzzle, death trap... haha.

  • Isn't there a YTMND of this?

  • this looks like Choplifter from the Atari 5200. I had it long time ago. didnt do much for getting you used to the arcade style. The arcade would own first time players like mad. Check out my Arcade perfect first round run in my videos, for a demonstration. cool vid, great nostalgia.

  • that game would entertain me for sooooo long!

  • This was a great game once upon a time. Went from the PC to arcade game.

  • Choplifter went from the

Apple II computer (not PC) in 1982

to Arcade in 1985. SEGA did a great job

on that arcade remake. The Master System got a downgraded conversion of the arcade in 1986.

  • you can't imagine the guilt I would feel having to leave one of those poor guys behind waving their little flags.
