He's chucking. Unlike Shoib, who's arm starts of straight, then bends backwards due to the acceleration through the shoulder, this fellows arm is bent through out most of the arc and only straightens at the end.

akhtar doesnt use his hyperextension when bowlin, his arm bends conventionally when he bowls. therefore its a chuck

Your wrong, his arm bends i agree lol but it bends backwards, giving him the sling action, Im hypermobile all around i know it.

Its bowling, chucking is when you bend your arm forward, his arm is bending backwards because of the hyperextention in his arm, like Shoaib Akhtar. lol i know this question was asked 2 years ago but im just telling you wot i know :)
