It's not invasion of privacy...the cameras are in a public place. And I don't understand how you can relate cameras to contraceptives. Very confusing.

For every camera they(officials)put up,they should also put a camera,with microphone in that city's officials office's,starting with the highest ranking office held in that city.That way there's checks and balances.
