I just saw this movie last night.It was awesome!!!! It reminds me of old Steven King movies before he was almost killed from a hit & run.Now his endings suck.Sorry Mr.King if your reading this.I was 12 in 1979.I've seen things in the movie that was still around back then.The writer was accurate about the details.You really should watch this movie.The supernatural parts will scare young children so they shouldn't watch.It is a great family movie for tweens,teenagers & adults.

I predict that the alien will use the tower in the movie's poster to some how fly away,thats why all the batteries were being stolen, but u will get just a quick glimpse at the alien n thats it. but it will be so ugly when u see it that u will be happy, and the movie will go down as a classic. Just my prediction.

Probably electromagnetism. JJ Abrams seems to have an obsession with magnets (see: LOST). Magnetism could make a wheel spin, and it would make it stick to the outside of the train while that thing is banging on the outside.

its probably a mix of E.T. , close encounters, and cloverfield. Some high powered alien that the military wants for its purposes, And events being recorded(via old school super 8 camera) by youngn's that help it escape and get home.
We've been asking for something new related to Cloverfield for awhile now, plus Super 8 is a camera from back in the day, the movie is about some teens who find a Super 8 camera and watch the footage, and it looks to be some type of alien so, It's possible. Then again, a lot of things are possible when it comes to a J.J. Abrams movie. Well, we'll see in due time. I will go see it, mainly because of Speilberg though (my favorite director/producer). High expectations for this!

It's definitely something to do with aliens or some monster something, seeing as how it involves both Area 51 and Wright-Patterson Airforce base. problem is, most everything that is in Area 51 was moved FROM Wright-Patt, not TO it. They moved it from Wright-Patt because it was too close to prying eyes.
I hope there is a sequel to cloverfield, for a while there were rumors this was it but those rumors were squashed a long time ago. This looks interesting though, cant wait :-)

This looks awesome, I really hope it has nothing to do with some comic book bullshit. Captain America looks so retarded and does that truck weight a hundred tons? of all the videos I've seen of vehicles getting hit by a train the vehicle is the only thing getting fucked up.

It's definitely something to do with aliens or some monster something, seeing as how it involves both Area 51 and Wright-Patterson Airforce base. problem is, most everything that is in Area 51 was moved FROM Wright-Patt, not TO it. They moved it from Wright-Patt because it was too close to prying eyes.

I hope there is a sequel to cloverfield, for a while there were rumors this was it but those rumors were squashed a long time ago. This looks interesting though, cant wait :-)

Not trying to crush anybody's hopes but I dont think this movie will have anything to do with captain america. Having said that, anytime I hear a movie about area 51 or anything alien related and JJ abrams and Stephen Spielberg have anything to do with it I get really excited. I IT is an alien or like a secret alien weapon say a robot or something like think. I hear Super 8 and think robot for some reason. Also I love how their keeping this project underwraps. THIS IS SO MYSTERIOUS
