That's right people.....move along now.....don't question anything

It was time for America to move on from Watergate because of other problems that we had

This was the right thing to do for the good of the country because we had already spent over two years on Watergate & the country had economic & other problems to address. Letting Watergate go on would just continue the National Distraction.

I give President Ford a lot of credit for it because it cost him dearly & probably getting elected President.
