Its so sad in the end because Yoon Suh Oppa died.. he donated his heart to Hana for her to live..

Yeah i cried until my eyes were swollen and all red. Because it's just so so sad.. It really crushed my heart, that ending... I'm glad they didn't make it 16 episodes or 20 episodes because then it'd become draggy. 10 episodes are just perfect and beautiful. I felt the impact of his love to his sister. Man i wish someone would love me the way he did.
