In BC, they have a couple of IndoFijian Stores along Abbotsford to Surrey. In AB, there is another Indo-Fijian store in the sub-burbs of Edmonton, if you live in the East of Canada then your chance is zero! BC and AB get alot of Fiji products though.

This must be delicious. I saw in Peru something very similar, except that the cooking happens in a hole in the ground where the walls are lined with hot stones. Absolutely beautiful meal.
