  • The voice actor for sonic in this game is NOT actually a guy,but a girl!! He was voiced by Keiko Utoku, the same person that sang Sonic CD's You can do anything opening theme and the Ending theme in the Japanese version.

  • i did not know sonic was black

  • sonic is a girl?

  • I`m outta here!

    *video finishes*

  • I remember someone saying that this is his sex life... He made it to top comments.

  • @JuicyPlayer

Jaleel White is still the voice I hear in my head when I read comics from the Archie Sonic series. I think the other Sonic VAs did a good job for the most part. Overall, I don't have a problem with Sonic talking. Gaming has far too many silent protagonists as it is.

  • In-game proff that Classic Sonic did indeed speak, yet so many moronic fanboys choose to believe he never said a word until 1999.

  • Hey, don't count me in. I never believed that.

  • @Regrocks81 Jaleel white's voice is the first thing that comes to my mind when i think of classic Sonic.

  • Uhhh...

    it was a woman voiced Sonic... ^^;

  • I'm outta here Shouldn't've he said "Bye Bye" like the Worms?

  • this is what i said when I was done with 4th grade XD

    not kidding x3

  • Like if you knew what Sonic CD was before it came out on the PS3 and

    Xbox 360 Market

  • When in the game does he say ALRIGHT?

  • @ZAPPSOFT unused sound file.

  • @MetroGamerX i'm suprised he has speech at all.

  • @christiansoldier11 classic could not talk in Generations, but he could in CD. That is IRONIC.

  • Voice actor?

    Steve urgul. .-.

  • @Jadyn1112 This was not Jaleel White.

  • @ZeroRaijin He didnt say it was jaleel white -_-

  • @multicinos Jaleel White is Steve Urkul on the 1980s sitcom: Family Matters.

  • And they said classic Sonic was mute -.-

  • @FS3K They could have hire Urkel for Nostalgia Value.

  • AMARAHEAR

  • What's strange is: He wasn't voiced by a male.

    IT WAS A FEMALE.

  • @mariobros3648 really? thats just stupid

  • @mariobros3648 maybe he was voiced by a male all along

  • @ShupaRoeh Keiko Utoku voiced Sonic in everything related to Sonic CD though. She likely provided the small amount of voice acting in the game.

  • I've only heard him say "Yes!" when he gets an extra life, and "I'm outta here!" when he's been stood up. When does he say "All right!" and "Yeah!"? (playing the Android version)

  • @BushyRoyal I can't remmeber but I think "All right!" is said when you get all the Time Stones. "Yeah!" might be said when you beat the game or something. It's been awhile.

  • Kid Sonic? Sounds good to me.

  • @TylerMcNamerRULES Gay penis niggas.

  • @ZodlerZod sucks to be you fagget.

  • @TylerMcNamerRULES I know, it's terrible.

  • He is soo cute

  • Lol it sounds like he says ''I'm Married H-!'' at the end xD.

  • For anyone wondering, the japanese text up there says "You are cool".

  • YESH! YEH!! ULL RIGHT!! AMARRA HERE!!

  • @Sirhc7000 *Google* Do you mean YES! YEAH!! ALL RIGHT!! I'M OUTTA HERE!!

  • wow that was sonic's "best" voice e_e

  • i say this when i take a dump! :P

  • this is the lady who sang You Can Do Anything.

  • @RmanX100064 She did. Dang. I thought, a guy did Sonic's voice in Sonic CD.

  • @RmanX100064 Lady? WTF

  • its actually a girl, not a guy....

  • It sounds like Eddie Murphy's impression of his dad.

  • this is what i'm going to say when i'm finished high school

  • Yesh!

  • *sees the CyberLance26 - Wombleonastick argument*

*tries to find the first comment*

    *fails*

    I'M OUTTA HERE!

  • last voice(i never heard it in game lol)sounds like megaman

  • @bubby912 If you mean I'm outta here, you have to wait like a minute without pausing the game and he'll leave the screen.

  • @thehalowarthog 3 minutes, actually. Leave the game running without touching the controls for 3 minutes and he drops off-screen for an instant Game Over.

  • @thehalowarthog ik that but i was saying it sounds like magaman :P i just meant i never heard it while playing probably because i was always playing it or had it paused not leaving it unpaused :P

  • i'm outta here, too

  • "I'm MARIO"

    O.o

  • @autosaver he said i'm outta here

  • @Trollingis1337

    I know, I was kidding. :p

  • I liked the urkle better

  • Why could they not get this guy for Generations!

  • If only they gave Classic Sonic a voice like that for Sonic Generations...

  • Is that an impression? Because it's pretty good!

  • @TheStanCave its on the actual game sonic CD.

  • I clicked because of the cute image.

  • didn't a girl voice Sonic in this game?

  • @Hademaster64tv Sounds like it.

  • @ Everyone arguing

SHUT UP AND ENJOY THE FRIGGIN VIDEO.

  • kawaii sonic XD

  • That doesn't sound like voice acting from a game.

  • That's what I do after I bang a girl.

Yes!... All Right!... Yeah... I'm out of here!

  • @DAYD111 Cool story bro.

  • Your life is ruined when you realized that voice actor was a girl.

  • Im outta here

  • YES!!

  • Actually, the Sonic CD Guy is actually a girl named Keiko Utoku(the same one who made the opening and ending themes for the game).

  • @ASC9000 Who mean Sonic Himself was the Singer?!

  • CUTE! >w<

  • Sonic...and GREY EYES!?

    RUINED FOREVER!!!!!

  • @mightyguard Keiko Utoku

  • I prefer this sort of voice for Sonic, even if he sounds a little awkwardly acted it still seems more fitting for a cartoon Hedgehog.

  • Ky Kiske? Trunks? Yukimura? Is that REALLY you? -__-;

  • THE ONLY TIME A girl voiced him

  • @despickett14 Not a girl.

  • @despickett14 i think a kid voiced him

  • Oh, my god! Sonic looks so cute in this picture! *--*

  • In this game, Sonic was voiced by a girl :p

  • The Top 4 Sounds you'll hear while having sex...

    WTF SEGA?!

  • Reminds me of Megaman XD

  • Sounds like my sex life.

  • @BoboDoboRobo nice

  • @BoboDoboRobo LMAO!!!!!!

  • @BoboDoboRobo So hilarious-

  • @BoboDoboRobo

    Best Comment Ever

  • @BoboDoboRobo so ur sex life was only 4 seconds?????

  • Oh my fucking god, an actual post about the video? No way.

Question; I've always heard him says "YES!" (getting a 1-up) and "I'm outa here!" (when leaving him). But when does he ever say the other two?

  • @tquinnathome1

If you extract the files from the game. There's two extra files where he shout out "All Right!" and "Yeah!"

  • @DAYD111 So there's genuinely no point where he actually says these in game? I couldn't remember if I had found these before.

  • Comment removed

  • CyberLance26 and Wombleonastick... Japan sucks and is awesome at the same time. Sucks because of tourist racism, things Womble says, it has a raving western fanbase that's more annoying than Sonic "fans", etc. It's awesome because its foods are awesome, companies like Sony, SEGA, etc are based there (even though SEGA was an American company originally), and its technology is way up there. America has problems too.

Stop complaining and arguing like children.

  • thats pretty c-oops,flame war. Better leave.

  • OMG, another flame war. What a surprise -.-.

  • If you play the sound test in Sonic Rush, go to the voices. The order Sonic's lines are in goes "Yes!" "Yeah!" "Alright"

  • I'm ouha herh

  • imah here

  • Better than Drummand and Griffith. :D lol

  • He kinda sounds like an older kid.

  • this is how he should have sounded

  • @KerorogunsTV14 and she apparently voiced the theme song for the Japanese/Europe version of the game "You can do anything"

  • Keiko Utoku was the person who voiced sonic in sonic cd

  • He's outta here.

  • the picture feature here is one of the many strange, hidden pictures you can find by activating sound test mode.

  • FFF- the second ''YEAH!'' sounds so much like Jason Griffith's ''Yeahhh!'' from Sonic Rush. XD

  • Obvious Engrish is obvious.

  • @CyberLance26 shut the FUCK UP. OK?! §top trolling,bitch.

  • @pokemewnic WEEABOO ALERT!!!

  • @Fleskywood Alert for people interested in the culture of other countries you mean.

  • @CyberLance26 Nope, this guy is a weeaboo. Unless he doesn't know the english for "kawaii", he has NO reason to say "Sonikku is so kawaii". Same with Sonic. Hell, even in Japan the game isn't called "Sonikku the Hedgehog". It's "Sonic the Hedgehog".

Just because I hate weeaboos doesn't mean I hate everything Japanese. I watch anime. I have a hard drive with 200GB of anime. Weeaboos ruin the reputation of people like me.

  • @mslurr But why do you hate people that like another country and its culture?

    Why?

  • @CyberLance26 I like people like that. It's the people that try to put the little japanese they know into every sentence possible, wish that they were japanese, and (fail to) use chopsticks for regular eating even when a fork would be easier for them (Yes, I know, some people eat easier using chopsticks. They're fine.). It's they people that fail to see the bad sides of Japan.

  • @mslurr I actually know a huge bunch of Japanese.

Have been studying the language for many years now so its not that i only know 2 or 3 words and think im some kind of Japanese expert.

And yea i know that Japan is not perfect but in my opinion theres WAY more positive things about it than negative.

Been reading about the country in books and the internet ever since highschool so think i know most of the important things.

  • @CyberLance26

That's fine. It wasn't directed at you.

  • @mslurr Sorry i thought you were Wombleonastick the guy i was arguing with.

Did not pay attention to your name sorry.

  • @Fleskywood By the way if your one of those Americans that hate people that are interested in other countries and cultures why do you watch a Sonic video?

Sonic is a Japanese character you know and not an American one.

  • @CyberLance26

did you know that americans worked on the classic sonic games as well right?

check the credits of sonic 1,2,3k. weeaboo

  • @hylton7 haha yeah makes you wonder how many people dont realise that Nintendo and Sega are both originally american companies.

  • from the sources i read on wikipedia it says Nintendo was always a Japanese company however SEGA originally started in America as a Military base and it wasn't called SEGA at the time. They then moved SEGA to tokyo...I think thats how the story goes

  • @CyberLance26 Correction, Sonic the hedgehog was developed in Japan, with the help of Americans aswell, it was also released in North America BEFORE it was released in Japan.

Who cares anyway? it's not like sonic is the icon of all Japanese culture, we just think weaboos who are obsessed with Japan are gay, like you.

  • @Wombleonastick But why do you think people that like Japoan and Japanese culture is gay?

You and all the other Japan haters never give a reason for WHY.

Usually seems like the only reason why you hate and love to insult the people that like Japan and its culture is because they are interested in something that you dont care about.

People have loved to make fun of people that like things they dont like since the beginning of history.

I love Japan and its culture so im a weirdo because of th?

  • @CyberLance26 You can go ahead and be interested all you want, I actually like Japan, I've been there before, I don't care about that, a weaboo on the other hand is bias and deems Japanese culture as the best and has a huge obsession over Japan, I don't hate weaboos because they like something that I don't, it's because weaboos are annoying. And you need to grow some balls and stop treating this like persecution, all you need to do is shut the hell up about your huge Japan pride.

  • @Wombleonastick i usually dont talk about it much except when i see comments from Japan haters.

I love japan and japanese culture and i dont understand why thats such a terrible thing.

Americans call there country the best country in the world all the time but if somebody likes another country and its culture people feel like they much insult them and call them weirdos.

If people like you did not insult people that like japan like me we would not even talk about it with guys not interested.

  • @CyberLance26 Nobody hates you because you like Japan, they hate you because you won't stfu, that's normally an easy way to annoy people, retard.

  • @Wombleonastick Like i said before i only talk about my love for Japan and its culture when i see people insult peoplde like me for no reason on the internet.

If people like you leave us alone and dont call us retarded fags only because we like something you dont we wont talk about it with people that dont want to hear it.

If you dont call us faggy weaboos and leave us alone we will leave you people alone.

Let us love what we want to love in peace and dont insult people with another opinion.

  • @CyberLance26 Why should faggy weaboos get better treatment? if anyone goes on about anything for a prolonged amount of time and actually gets obsessed with something like that, I'll tell them to go get a life, like you should.

Ofcourse, there are going to be people who rightfully just want to piss you off, so they'll make fun of Japan to get to you, so you can either get over it and stfu, or stay on the internet, constantly having to defend your faggy Japanese obsession.

  • @Wombleonastick So why exactly cant people like what they want to like?

If many people want to like Japan and its culture why do they deserve to get insulted because of it?

If your going to make fun of my big interest why dont you go and make fun of the thing other people like too?

Its people like you that treats people different than you like crap that is the reason for all the problems we got in the world.

People hating other people because they are different and got different opinions.

  • @CyberLance26 1. You can like whatever you like, we just wan't you to stfu for once about it.

    2. Because they're annoying and they won't shut up.

    3. I do make fun of other people, but I'm not making fun of you, I'm telling you that nobody cares and we just wan't you to stfu.

    4. No, it's people like you who are cause for all the problems, we wouldn't be arguing right now if you just learned to stfu and keep it to yourself.

  • @Wombleonastick We do keep it to ourselfes.

We only talk about it to people not interested when you insult us for no reason.

Dont insult us because we like something you dont and we wont talk about it with you.

    Simple.

Just accept that there are people in the world that like things you dont like and got different opinions about things.

Leave us alone and we will leave you alone.

  • @CyberLance26 You're just making a vicous cycle like that, you should stfu regardless of what we do.

  • @Wombleonastick Are you not doing the exact same thing right now?

Should you not stfu regardless of what i and others like me do and like?

  • @CyberLance26 All you have to do is deal with a bit of backtalk, weaboos never shut up, we can't just ignore you when you never stfu.

  • @Wombleonastick I have meet many other people that love Japan and its culture before and nobody was like that.

We only talk about it with people not interested in Japan because you make fun of us and insult us.

Once i told a couple of my relatives that i was very interested in Japan and then they started to laugh at me and make fun of me for hours because of it.

  • @CyberLance26 Well no shit, it's kind of gay to be obsessed with any country, especially Japan.

  • @Wombleonastick And why is it gay?

In my opinion its a awesome country with a wonderful culture and there way of thinking about many things is much better than in the western countries.

  • @CyberLance26 And that's why people think you're gay, nobody wants to hear how amazing Japan is, in alot of aspects, Japan is a sickfuck of a country.

  • @Wombleonastick Well if you dont insult people that like Japan and call us faggots or gay like you are doing right now we wont talk about why we like the country so much with you.

how would you like it if people insulted you for really liking something that those people dont like?

In my opinion Japan is a wonderful country and much better than the western countries in most ways.

Your not interested in Japan so fine you do that and leave the people that like it alone.

  • @CyberLance26 1. People have their opinions that they'll stick to, therefore going on about how much you wanna take it up the ass by Japan is basically you setting yourself up to be ridiculed further.

    2. I'd tell them I don't give a shit and leave it at that, I wouldn't not stop talking about it like a retard.

    3. Japan is a crap country, why do you think the suicide rates are so goddamn high in Japan.

    4. How about you leave the people who don't care alone and go whine to your Japanese boyfriend?

  • @Wombleonastick Your kinda immature you know.

Well thats your opinion thats its a bad country.

In my opinion its a wonderful country and is much better than the western countrys in most ways.

There FAR more positive things about Japan than negative things.

Its just that you people that get annoyed that many people really like something your not interested in prefer to concentrate on the negative things to make the Japan lovers stop liking it.

  • @CyberLance26 We're not trying to put words in your head, we're trying to get you to stfu. And we're not nitpicking at the problems, beating kids in school, rape themed games and the highest suicide rate in the world is not very hard to notice.

  • @Wombleonastick Well your entitled to your opinion.

And like i said before the positive things about Japan are far more and more important than the negative things.

Some people like you prefer to concentrate on the few negative stuff.

Now leave me alone and i will leave you alone.

Dont insult people that like Japan and we wont argue about it with you.

  • @CyberLance26 Oh, I'm sure there are more problems, but the highest suicide rate is kinda up there, like extremely high rates of rape in South Africa is really up there, can you think of something that's nearly as bad in a western country?

  • @Wombleonastick Well i read that the suicide rate thing is not nearly as bad as it used to be.

The country is changing and is not putting as much pressure on people on becoming successful as it used to do.

For the older generation of people becoming successful and getting a great career was the most important thing in the world but the newer generation of people in Japan are thinking more about it like the western countries and they dont feel as failures the same way as the older generation di

  • @Wombleonastick Also from what i have read its very similar in Japan to how it is in Sweden to how they help people that got problems finding work and are unemployed.

  • @CyberLance26 No surprise, the unemployment rate in Japan is massive.

  • @Wombleonastick Yea theres a huge amount of people in such a small country so not that strange really.

  • @Wombleonastick Well if they take care of unemployed people very similar to how we do it in Sweden like i heard its not like they are forced to become hobos lol.

Lots of complaining over here about all the welfare and money the immigrants and unemployed people get that some people feel they dont deserve.

  • @CyberLance26 They say that all the time in Britain and America.

  • @Wombleonastick Dont know about Britain but im pretty sure you get way more welfare in Sweden than in America.

The people that complain about it over here often says that we should have it like they do in America instead.

Its possible to live a great life without a job for a very long time over here.

My dad got 4 children and he lived fine unemployed for many years and even got a huge TV and car at the time.

If its like that pretty much in Japan too i dont see a reason to kill yourself lol

  • @CyberLance26 It's well known that Japanese kids are pushed way too far and it becomes very stressful, it is evident in that teachers can beat students.

Almost my entire family is unemployed, I dunno what people get these days but this computer that I'm on cost me about £3000 on a huge budget, it should have costed like £6000, it apparently will run games on max settings for 5 years or so with no slowdown or something like that, I'd say I'm well off.

  • @Wombleonastick Yea like i said thats how it used to be in Japan but its changing now in the newer generation.

They dont get as pressured to become successful now as much as they used to be and think about it more like western people do.

  • @CyberLance26 Even with this "newer generation", Japan had the fifth highest rate for suicides, just beating Russia. They say a Japanese suicides every 15 minutes, haven't you even heard of Suicide Club?

  • @Wombleonastick Yea had.

    Its not like that anymore.

  • @CyberLance26 The statistics for that were taken last year.

  • @Wombleonastick Well like i said its changing.

  • @CyberLance26 Okay, in what way? how is it exactly going to change this year? because as far as I know, last year's suicide rates were bigger than 2009's.

  • @Wombleonastick Thats not how i have heard.

  • @CyberLance26

    ww.dnewsglobal.co/worlds-highest-suicide-rate-japan/3093.

  • @Wombleonastick Correct it and there you go, that took a half a minute to find, theres also something on the guardian about suicide

    ww.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2010/aug/03/japan-honourable-suicide-rate

  • @Wombleonastick Like i said its changing.

The young people are thinking more like the western people do on things like that.

And one bad thing does not make the entire country crap.

Really seems like your only concentrating on the negative things and ignore all the positive things.

  • @CyberLance26 Oh, I'm sorry, I guess I was going on abit about how Japan is one of the highest rated on the suicide chart, but y'know, that's kinda bad, that people in ethiopia have less chance of just killing themselves than people in Japan.

Theres also the point that Japan is a shame society, where guilt and shame is purposely put on it's people to control them and that they are allowed to beat children. Heres a story on rape

    ww.reuters.com/article/2007/05/15/us-japan-rape-idUST17815620070515

  • @Wombleonastick Sorry but unlike you i prefer to concentrate on the positive things about Japan.

Theres far more great things about the country than negative things.

Its just that you people that hate that people like me like the country so much you nag about the negative things allot to make us stop liking it.

I could tell you about all the hundreds of great positive things about Japan but i have done that to a bunch of weeaboo haters before so dont know if i feel like doing it again.

  • @CyberLance26 Oh, positive things... like the age of consent being 13? Or how about those rape themed games in Japan? The large amount of racism in Japan maybe? how about the perverted schoolgirl/maid culture?

    yup, "positive" things...
