Yes it is. It's called Ar Tonelico : Melody of Elemia. There's also Ar tonelico II: Melody of Metafalica.

As for Ar Tonelico III, the Japanese version was released in January 2010 and the english version won't be released until Q1 of 2011.

They use Song Magic to attack enemies in battle

But they also have songs like this which causes changes in their world like rebirth or protection... it is a WONDERFUL game!

@KovacikKovacik its basically the only hymmnos on youtube with no translation video even though its from the first game! i dont get it why wouldn't anyone wait to do the ar tonelico 3 ones if they havent even finshed the set from the first game! plus this song is just amazing.

This song is so beautiful and soothing. But the lyrics are so sad, basically about death and sadness. Still, one of my favorites.
