  • Perfect form imho

  • POWERTEC!!!

  • Doing that much weight just turns it into a bad squat.

  • @bgredhd It's not a squat at all, but whatever...

  • nice GM, but your mustache is doing most of the lifting

  • this hits the hams and glutes right? im looking for a max effort lift to hit the hams hard without deadlifting

  • tool

  • Awesome gym.

  • this is the best way to obtain back pain...

  • is this good to add size to ass ?

  • @Newbpwng this and romanian deadlifts

  • what exercise do you do to train your mustache?

  • PERFECT FORM MAN, JUST PERFECT! YOU'RE AN INSPIRATION.

Yesterday I made good mornings with 90 pounds. I know its a little bit ridiculous, but if exagerate, I will ruin my form (I already removed a disc hernation and so on). 235. Amazing.

  • he gets pretty low, strong mofo

  • RUSH!!! yeah dude!

  • One of the Best forms on GM so far. Nice choice in music also, Rush.

  • looked like your lower back was rounding out a bit towards the end of the eccentric contraction.

  • im good on all that.

  • Rushhifiied

    Hell ya

  • good form!

  • Looks good..even though some people prefer a straighter leg i like this deeper bent leg motion..if ur careful u can really make ur body work for you

  • really depends on what you want to work.

if you keep your leg straight, your hams do relatively more work

if you bend your knees, the hams relax some and it's more glute/low back

  • That's not necessarily true. Keeping the legs straight will throw stress hamstrings at insertion at the tibia. Done correctly, with a hard arch, bending the knees will throw stress to the muscle belly, hamstring origin and glutes.

  • @johnnymnemonic2 exactly. just did them last night, little bit of a wider stance with a slight knee bend. hams are sore right in the belly. feels great!

  • do good mornings workout on your legs and back, where does it really aim.

  • hamstrings

  • Is that 225? Strong shit!

  • 235

  • Hehe looks a bit like my back squats.

  • Rush!

  • Thanks for this video. In fact, all of your video have been a helpful source of information for me. Looking forward to watching them again, along with any new ones you may add.

  • :O Calves...

How much weight do you use for calve raises :O? In comparison your calves are insane!

  • Probably wouldn't be a bad idea for ankle strength, but I do nothing for my calves.

  • I agree, very nice. Perhaps my favorite movement.

  • great form....Im gonna do them like that too.

  • that was very helpful. thanks

  • Nice job man! I do this movement too. I use to much of back. I want to start using more hams like you are doing. Great form!

  • Thanks to both of you!

  • very nice form!
