Marijuana Prohibition and Jury Nullification

Not only are judges infringing upon the independence of the Jury, they're also practicing medicine without a license whenever they order a defendant into psychiatric evaluation. What makes these black-robed-lawyers so arrogant? Personally, I've volunteered myself to Jury Duty, yet my County Clerk hasn't called me! Go figure...

Part of the reason is because the majority of them are former prosecutors, as I might have said (don't remember, I made this a long time ago). If their sole job is to get people for trivial crap as much as possible, then they're going to have a biased view of the law.

They have their own interests at heart here. If drug offenders were not prosecuted, the lawyers, judges, correctional officers, and rehab specialists, will lose a lot of income (jobs). Their entire existence depends upon passing more, and more laws, to increase clientele, and income.

If you ever get on a jury, don't speak out, try to keep quiet, but refuse to return a guilty verdict for marijuana. You are legally allowed to do this.

Prosecutors are notorious for empaneling one of their shills, usually as a foreman, onto the jury. Usually these shills will insist upon a guilty verdict. In some cases these jury foreman insist on a guilty verdict to "not offend the judge". This is ludicrous! Always accept jury duty, and instruct others on that jury just how much power they truly have.
