(in a good way... though...) anyway, when blair moves on, chuck cant. chuck moves on, blair wont let him then it happens again in the end of the season. it is sooo confusing and why the hell cant they just work it out. maybe its cuz he's chuck bass and shes blair waldorf, the perfect excuse to have a roller coaster relationship. but its funny that even when they could easily move on, they still find themselves wanting to fall back to eachother. ♥
I pretty much missed all these episodes, but I find it pretty laughable that this scene is only a handful removed from the one where he's friggin proposing to her, and now here he is with his new little French "soulmate". I could understand if it was a rebound or a game of some sort, but for him to be sincerely attached to another woman already and setting her so far above Blair is just...disgusting. -1 for Chair, +1 for Dair.
This is when I realised that the writers smoke crack when coming up with storylines. Unless we see that the only person Chuck really loves and cares for is Blair I'm actually from now on rooting for her to be with someone who actually respects her.
Oh for cryin out loud this frustrades me so much even if I know we already passed Eva. But now we have Raina which isn't any better maybe worse because she isn't so awfully annoying as Eva...but seriously Chuck you (or rather the writers let him say it) ask her if it's possibly that she still loves you when you talked a second ago about the person "you care most about" meaning Eva??

I think we all know they will be together somewhen at the end of this season, because if they won't it would be the biggest fail ever. Eva was for Chuck just an option to come over Blair, what se mentioned herself. I hope thyr war won't be cheap and that it includes some romantic Chair scenes.
I think when Chuck says to Blair "someone finally changed me and it wasn't you" I think it's important to note that Blair never wanted Chuck to change...she loved him for who he was...Eva loved/cared for this new "Chuck" that wasn't who he really is. I think the fact that Blair loved him no matter what is a big deal to Chuck and that's why he rejects her. Because the one person who loved him, for good and bad (Blair was ready to forgive him), he hurt.

It's too bad that everybody hates Eva. She's a genuinely good person, who saved Chuck's life, so we should actually be grateful towards her.

I think we all know they will be together somewhen at the end of this season, because if they won't it would be the biggest fail ever. Eva was for Chuck just an option to come over Blair, what se mentioned herself. I hope thyr war won't be cheap and that it includes some romantic Chair scenes.

I think when Chuck says to Blair "someone finally changed me and it wasn't you" I think it's important to note that Blair never wanted Chuck to change...she loved him for who he was...Eva loved/cared for this new "Chuck" that wasn't who he really is. I think the fact that Blair loved him no matter what is a big deal to Chuck and that's why he rejects her. Because the one person who loved him, for good and bad (Blair was ready to forgive him), he hurt.

@blondimofo I actually believe that Yes, on the one hand a person should love one for who one is, but on the other hand it should be a person that makes one better -somehow... Obviously Chuck has it in him to be a better person, so why isn't it good to bring that out in him?

I was also really upset by the comments chuck made about how a girl has finally changed him and it wasn't Blair and that no one "good" could ever love him. Why is he lashing out on her? Everything she did was for him. Obviously, Blair isn't the purest at heart, but she was good to him! How many times did she give up on her own agendas (which usually nothing can make her do) in order to help him out?
