This is very beautiful. It's strange as i would have depicted the sea as more mournful and less peaceful. I was about to say that it reminds me of the japanese music i hear in video games, with the arpeggios on the left hand. Are you japanese?
Yes, as you say so, the sea would be mournful not peaceful, but I think
there also would be "gentle" sea. This tune is like that, A face of the sea.
So, acutally, I'm a Japanese. I think this style of left hand arpeggios is not so special one, but I might be influenced from video game music.(I like to play video games)
If you OK, can you tell me what titles you reminded (e.g. Final Fantasy..etc.) ?
I think it isn't specific to the sea. I really like it. It's beautiful. But I see more of a reminiscing quality about it...and maybe some of the reminiscing takes place near the sea. Like in the film 'The Notebook' if you have seen it. You'll know what I mean if you have. It really is beautiful though. I just wouldn't say it is depicting only the sea!

In fact, for me, the sea reminds me some complex feelings like you talking.
At the same time, the sea have many faces, I think this is the one of them.
I'm sorry, I have never seen the film, but I want to watch it if I have a chance.

Very pleasant tune!
It has this vivacious, joyful, almost adventurous feel that makes it a perfect candidate to suit the notion of 'sea'.
