Im not in the USA so no, but if I was I believe you need to be signed in to live to use it which you cant do until the 19th.

yes you can use nettflix you have to do a free dowload through then i think you just follow directions from there on out i mean i don't have it but i have the download and it has stuff about it on the dash.
