I always thought Phony Bone sounded like Timon from the lion king, Smily Bone sounded somewhat like Goofy from Disney but Fone Bone pretty much sound the same (it's kinda creepy) But really think the voice that fits Phony the best is Timon's

Smiley Bone and Phony Bone sound exactly like I thought they would, but something about Fone's voice just doesn't settle with me. Same with the Stupid Stupid Rat Creatures.

That being said, looks like an awesome game, and the Complete Bone saga is one of the greatest Graphic Novels of all time. Period.
