@RoWiHe no dont get the sd9k get a roland kit. sd9k has many problems - multiple people will echo what i say.

@RedneckChexMix I use to own a Roland TDV6 kit, however, I didn't have the cash to do so this time around. I do prefer Roland, however this kit was a smoking deal, so I couldn't resist - great for practice! It's helped me sharpen my drumming skills as they were quite rusty from not playing for 5 years. If you're able to get it hooked up to Superior Drummer 2 or EZDrummer, it can be quite powerful even if you don't have a super high end kit. Vid of the old kit on my page.

@RoWiHe I actually did a mono line out to my recording software, then synced the audio and video in Adobe Premiere. I'm currently in the process of connecting my drumset via MIDI to my recording interface so that I can collect the MIDI data, but use Drums From Hell for all my drum sounds.
