@crashburnwinston this is actually a good idea. I think tho the one part that hurts the most is "you're broken" or "you're weak" or "you should be able to drink moderately without problems" :(

I used to go grocery shopping just to have a few hours of peace with my bad X. I also thought if we had daily sex our relationship would improve.
Working the Steps changed my approach - & I'm happily married to a fabulous loving man for 12 years as a result. It gets better all the time, One Day at a Time.
