  • Show me one composer who can match with the Lord Ilayaraaja!!

Even the greatest among great MS Viswanathan sir is a big fan of Raaja sir!!

    What proof anyone want !!

  • @mandagaddi Mozart or Bach maybe. But both are dead. :D. AR rahman is great but still not that great enough to overcome his guru.. I ran out of options already.

  • DELETE COMMENTS OF LAMTURNIK PLEASE

  • Illayaraja and Bach what a bliss....The tune in the middle is Bach's Partita in E Major with Illayaraja's beatuiful question and answer model with the violins in Indian classical/folk style

  • no need of yoga r meditation...just listen to sir's music............It is sarvaroga nivarini....believe me

  • Else at least support their comments with proper technical / analytical data.

BTW- "How to Name it" is one of very nice fusion albums.

  • Just wondered who is this "Lamturnik" is? Attempted watching a video where a lady (Is that Lamturnik??) plays voilin. My God could not bear a minute listening to it (may be few seconds full).. ABASWRAM!!

FYI- I have a sense & liking for enjoying nice western classical works and had listened lot of compositions of greats like Mozart, Beethoven, Bach, Vivaldi etc.

People should better see themselves before leaving comments.

  • It starts good, but what a spoil at the middle.

  • sir r u a music student , or play any instrument.?......are u a tamil....cos v r die hards 4 rajaaaa..

  • May be, we are not that so great as to leave a light comment on Ilaiyaraja's compositions... he is simply awesome by all standards!

  • Oh right!!

And this guy Lamturnik apparently knows enough about Indian classical music and Ilayaraja to share his valuable opinion does he? what a laugh!!!

  • where did u see the spoil... ?? really trying to understand.. tell me from which secs did u see the spoil happening... ?? i wud hv heard 1000 times in the past 10 yrs .. and nvr was able stop tears rollin down.. firstly go get the cassette and see tat coz all the composition hv a specific mood and theme for which it is composed .. understand tat and then still u feel its not in line with the mood or theme.. justify.. its not just music its very situational ..
