Cool recipe. I tried a variation of it (which is actually a variation of another recipe in and of itself, lol). Used oats instead of wheat thins and tuna instead of salmon. Also drizzled it in chokecherry syrup. Really good! I call it "The Anabolic Casserole" (it had the consistency of a casserole). :)
