The only partners I follow are thewinekone and ashens who have stayed original and funny and actually seem to invest time in creating a good vid. Dont apply for the partner program, your wont get accepted. The only thing you'll get is an imediate rejection from youtube. Not true, it really just depends on if you get thousands of veiws on your channel and/or your videos, the subscriber count dosn't matter I don't think, not all people get rejected, I have seen some people that only had hundreds of veiws, not thousands.

it doesent matter how many you have, it's how fast you get them. Me and my friend own a channel that has partnership and we only had 45 subscribers and around 60k views but that was in about a week with 10 videos. We made a lot of random videos that people liked so he got partnership easily.
