no it was a domestic that was called in that had really happened earlier on in the evening. The woman was calling it in then because she saw a car pulling up to her house and thought it was the subject that assaulted her. It turned out to be her father. lol

I think they said slow down, or stand down. Code words for "Reduce Code level (3 to 2, 2 to 1) Typically here they just say "Reduce Code"
