Pt7 I am currently laid-off and unemployed after working in the Automotive industry for 28 years. I feel It would be the Ideal time for me to dedicate my time and knowledge of my Idea with the world and people that would like to help with this problem that is occuring in Senegal and soon the rest of the worlds oceans. Pt5 The problem in Senegal waters is serious, the proof is the Spanish waters, the have already suffered enough that the Spanish Fishing Fleets are fishing other waters and having a bad effect on them aswell. I personally started my pond about 3 years ago, with 100 or so Baby Tilapia, and now I can say that I have approx. 2000 to 5000 Tilapia Fish, of edible and breeding size... This is a Fact!!! Providing their waters are still clean and not polluted, this can be done. Read on. See Pt6

Pt4 This done in a large scale, can be the answer for Senegal. It can help rehabilitate their waters aswell as feed the people Tilapia, while this project is in effect. This Idea should be considered and enforced before its too late and the oceans can't rehabilitae them selves. The comercial Fishing Fleets, should be put on hold and Grounded for a couple years. Farming Tilapia is not difficult and can be very promissing. Breeding and Raising Tilapia, can be the answer. Read on. see Pt5

Pt3 The Spanish Fisheries and Companies as well as other Fishing Companies that fish and have fished these waters, should Ground their ships and fish vessles, as a trial session for 2 to 3 years, in order to allow these waters to rehabilitate them selves. The Spanish should aslo adopt the ability to farm, breed and raise Tilapia for food while their waters rehabilitate them selves aswell. I personally raise Tilapia in my swimming pool, I made a pond out of it, as a hobby. Please read. Pt 4
