And what about the sleeves.. very easy step! The guy doesn't show that move but try to figure it out. just pull the sleeves out of the middle and snap the other parts so the sleeves show and that's it :)) Easy!

its not easy but you see the guy has already folded the bill, the thing to do it is to take the inner fold, the one that should be the upper side of the sleeve, and take it out, fold the rest of the bill like you have finished and you would have a sleeve but without a nice shape so next give the shape you like and when you are happy with it just press so the edge gets really nice and thats it
