You know, it's funny in three ways.

#1: There are plush Marthas out there, but none of them talk.

#2: The voice actor of Martha is actually voicing Rarity on the latest My Little Pony franchise (not to mention a few other ponies in the past version of the franchise), and

#3: The same studio that's animating Martha Speaks (Studio B!) is also doing the animation for My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.
