The Avengers: Season Six ~ US Opening & Closing Titles HD

I've always loved this set of credits, the perfect companion to the surreal nature of the series itself. However, I notice in this rendition that the end titles for some reason begin with the usual Diana Rigg version of the theme before continuing with the Thorson version. Surely it wasn't released on any dvd that way, so I'm guessing this is a home-edit? Still a nice job, though!

Is the 1:29 scene a spoof of something? Or maybe I've seen something that spoofed this one.

I never really could accept Linda Thorson as a replacement...I liked her but thought Diana R. was much better in the fight scenes.
