You know what I think is interesting about that crayon box of the 1960's. It has a little black boy on it from a racist time in U.S. history. I find that fascinating.
This is why I keep coming back to you, Mike. I love your videos because they're funny and amusing to watch while I'm eating, but it's the history that I really enjoy. You have so much to share about what most people would just assume are normal toys. Thank you for your time here =D
@36Hitler63 He did do that a while back....... You should check his jeepersmedia channel for his later vids, he used to do tours around his compound.....
i had a curios george box thing and it was shaped like a house and you put the crayons in the chimney and you opened up the door on the house and there they were but the crayons were hard to get out the door most of the time they would get stuck
few years ago, two parents went out for dinner. A few hours later, the babysitter was calling to ask if she could cover up the clown statue in the kids' room, the father said,"Take the kids and get out of the house. We'll call the police, we don't have a clown statue." The "clown statue" is really a killer that escaped from jail. If you don't post this letter on to 10 videos tonight, the clown will be in your bed at 3:00 am with a chainsaw in his hand. sorry
This is freaking AWESOME! I love Crayola stuff. I have an old box of them, but have no clue when it's from. Only that I THINK kit's from before I was born, lol. "peach" is still called "flesh"
wow that is cool as hell, would have been perfect if they would have done that truck with crayola crayons but just makes the one u have so0o perfect for a museum, actually u should make a museum of most your collection, i would go if i ever got the chance to, and go often depending on how often i could make it to location. i know to see your collection i would gladly pay $10+ hell for a more private tour where i could look and touch i'd pay30+ :-o :-0 :-O :-D
ohhhh i see the Easton,PA on the side of the truck i live about 45 minutes away from Easton so he probably taught at Easton high school our team plays them in basketball every now and then.
@BigBobandFriends Cool, I visited Parkland once for the district choir audition. I thought it was a collage the first time I saw the school! Its so big and pretty! :D
what is your "holy grail" of toys mike? what is the most valuable, awesome toy that you love the mohst (this is the crayola.... not the "best" of the collection) i want to see it, the overall best, rarest toy you have... or are you afraid crazy toy ninjas would come to steal it after finding it?
@apledex You see him push the table over, put in a code and a huge safe just bursts from the ground full of ultra rare toys lol. Take that toy ninjas. =)
Hey mike, awesome collectible. But I have a question, and it totally doesn't deal with this video lol. Do you have any betty boop toys? I would love to see a review of them sometime if you do, I'm a bit of a betty boop collector..Or rubber duckies! I love collecting rubber duckies as well.
you definitely need to make a toy museum!! my children and husband and I love your shows and we would love to see old toys and the history of them in person! you should think about doing it!! :D
@marieluvsharrypotter There is a red annotation thing at the top of the video that reads: "This Prototype was Never Manufactured into a production Tonka Truck. It is 'One of a Kind'
It makes me really happy to see that it was played with and loved by a kid sometime during it's run before you picked it up. It's a one-of-a-kind collectors item, to be sure, but it's still a toy.
speaking of old car/truck toys do you have any of the old Hot Wheels or Matchbox cars? if so any rare ones like a magenta colored Olds 442 or a rear load VW beach bomb?
You know what I think is interesting about that crayon box of the 1960's. It has a little black boy on it from a racist time in U.S. history. I find that fascinating.
