Considering the fact you get hp xp the same time you get atk str def, so you can merely get 99 hp the same time you get all other combat 99's.

Dude, theres places on rs where you can get 80 - 120k attack exp an hour. So training combat isn't that hard. And it goes by pretty quickly.
