Actually, it seems like the exact opposite, if you think about it. The hotter the environment, the better Cirno does. Stage 1 midboss in winter, but able to hold herself against Okuu inside the reactor.

@Magni56 Yes, but the heat was still getting to her. That's half of the reason she made that hasty retreat once she knocked Utsuho down. Other than that, I'm just annoyed that Cirno is constantly portrayed as if her entire body is composed of ice. She manipulates cold and ice; she isn't made of the stuff. Fairies don't work like that.

This isn't a trailer for another installment, I'm pretty sure. Manpuku Jinja's blog only said this is a PV for a new Yuuhei Satellite song. It's entirely possible that it could be a lead-up to a new installment of Fantasy Kaleidoscope, but it's not certain. Also, if you'll remember, the PV in front of The Spring Snow Incident depicted EoSD, not PCB, so if there is a new episode in production, it's not guaranteed to be SA.
