I do not believe that Montenegro has any territorial pretension on Albania now. Skadar was first HQ of Montenegrin state, but that was like 1000 years ago. Also the fact is that 1/5 of Montenegrin population lost their lives during 1913 siege.

I do not believe that Montenegro has any territorial pretension on Albania now. Skadar was first HQ of Montenegrin state, but that was like 1000 years ago. Also the fact is that 1/5 of Montenegrin population lost their lives during 1913 siege.
However, this video is just making tensions unnecessarily between two friendly nations. History cannot be learned on youtube.
