I just beat this operation today, getting an S with Stiles and XS with Weaver. I just can't get an XS with Stiles, no matter how perfect it feels like I'm doing. So I just moved onto Deftera... and death awaited me. I was a fool to think otherwise.

I just beat this operation last night. Unfortunately, I only got A because I succumbed to using Healing Touch at that time when the Kyriaki first make their own lacerations. For some reason, those two cuts always necessitate too much Stabilizer to fix than I'm prepared for. xD

I also beat the kyriaki, but it was on trauma center under the knife 2, not second opioin. I tried to get an S, but the Queen made me use Healing Touch, so I got an A instead.

Under the Knife 2's Kyriaki is much harder than Second Opinion's. The eggs are quite the inconvenience as you can't just stalk the Queen like you could in Second Opinion.

why did you do the hemorrhaging lacerations last?

doing them first saves time and vitals.
