@homoraper360 sure...you could use ground toad if you wanted too...all that will change is the flavor. Actually you'll get something that tastes more like a bacon burger (if you went with the beef instead of the toad) instead of what was originally intended. Also you'd have to choose a really lean ground beef. If you insist on subbing out the pork, I'd suggest ground turkey or chicken instead. It'll be different, but it'll be good too.
