Yes, My machine uses the same needle bars that you would use for a coil machine.

what do you mean you use a shader for both the shader and the liner? are you saying you use a shader needle for both?

The Rototech Rotary Tattoo Machine is designed to be used as a shader or a liner. In the video I use a disposable 7 flat tube for shading. I use the same tube with a 3 round liner. By turning the tube so the end has a diamond shape when looking strait at it the liner needle will sit at the bottom of the V when the machine is running.
