As much as Mega Man wants Proto Man on his side, he wants Proto Man to make that decision on his own. He wants a real brother, not an artificially programmed brother. Although Proto Man doesn't care how he gets Mega Man on his side, Mega Man wants him to turn good naturally. I think he would have done so as soon as Bass appeared (see below dynamitespoony's comment to see how it happens in My opinion)
Roll is the only female robot which looks as a real person. I like Roll. She is young, reckless and very sexy. Her red boots are enormous and her golden hair impresses me. There was a time I have thought that Roll was a human being with mechanical implants.
This is the worst episode of this series I've seen so far, Megaman driving a car and all clumsy animation and stuff. Perhaps the making crew new this was one of their last episodes so they didn't care to put any effort to it? I liked so much the other episodes :/
if protoman was on mega's side then mega wouldnt have anyone to rival him and the same goes for protoman. if megaman doesnt have a challenge then the show is worthless. and if protoman was on megamans side then they continualy show protoman getting beat up and megaman takin the spotlight as they do in all the TV shows

The place is about to collapse but Mega escapes. While outside, he realizes that all of Wily's robots but Proto have escaped. Wily leaves Proto crushed to die, as he has had it with Proto's brotherly attitude towards Mega. Mega rushes inside and saves Proto Man in the nick of time. Proto says something like "I'm ready to join you"

Tell me about it. If reprogramming Roll was so easy, why didn't he try doing that on Proto man? All he has to do is have Rush or Roll distract him while Mega man knocks him out with something, and then just reprogram him to be on his side. Then Proto man would be on the right side as he should have been. Then Wily would have to consider replacing him with Bass!
Wait a minute, if Wily plans to turns the humans into lion creatures again, won't he become one again? It may be different if he does not revive thier leader though.

My guess is that Proto Man would have become a good guy once Bass showed up, but the series died before that could happen.
