Done by printing cash to fight the war in Iraq, bail out Bear Stearns, and provide the investment banks on Wall Street with virtually interest free loans at the newly created discount window. Last week alone, ALONE, the Fed gave out $77 billion NEWLY CREATED dollars to the investment banks.
