Khan as been showing some good skills lately but remember he has only had 23 pro fights.

Hatton as only lost 2 fights and they were against the best of the best and despite these loses he is still up there at the top of british boxing rankings

dont just assume that because you have seen Hatton knocked out by pacman and mayweather that Khan can come along and do the same

Salita had trouble making the weight so what does that tell you, unprofessional or what. Was Salita drained for this fight or just useless. Boxing monthly has a top ten lightwelters in the world and Salita isn't in it. I suspect Salitas record is like Khans, full of hasbeens and journeymen. Boxing is the worst it has been probably ever.

I have respect for Hatton both as a person and a fighter, it takes heart to want to comeback after defeat, boxers lose all the time, but it's how you come back from defeat that matters in boxing and really life. Calzaghe was never really a true champ, undefetaed records mean nothing when all you've fought is nobodies and guys over the hill!

that doesn't mean that Hatton is better. Results decide who is better not whether they can get 24000 british fans to go to Vegas. 24000 british fans are unlikely to follow an asian fighter to america even if he was the best so that isn't a proper way of comparing them. Results are what count. I think Amir is on track to be better than Hatton.
