Been there this year (sept 2010) It is really my fav castle during my castle tour in england and scotland.
I really recommand this castle to every1 !!

how does he know they didn't drink water??
I didn't know about the escape hatch. Pretty cool. Dunottar was my favorite castle when I went to Scotland last year, this video doesn't do it justice. It's breathtaking.

Wouldn't call the Kincardine coast The North East. Sutherland and Caithness are in the North.
