Clinton was president from 1993-2001. So, how did he start the war in Iraq? Where are you getting your "facts"? Now, if you remember the 2008 election campaigns, one of the major "issues" people had against Obama was him voting AGAINST funding. Also, the only person to vote against Afghanistan was Ron Paul-Repub or Dem.
