lets face it, 80s was shit, only a few good tunes out there until 1989 came along ,and then it got awsome,, house , acid rave, ect, then the early 90s kicked in, :) :) :)
@jive091 I'd say you're mostly right. There was loads of good pop records from around 1985 onwards (pre-85 was a bit mixed-up, what with the death of disco and emergence of new wave co-existing with punk), esp 87, 88, 89. But yeah, most of the decent dance stuff was 89 through 95. The cream of it was prob 91-95. But still some great crossover pioneer tracks like this one, Krush's House Arrest, Beatmasters, Nitro Deluxe etc. Great, great times. CDs mortally wounded music; mp3s finished the job.
everyone them days were enjoying themslves, 80s, 90s was the best compared to the rubbish music of today. nowadays people r always looking for trouble
The 80's music was mainly great! Then this twat called Pete Waterman came along, i'd switched to listening to pink floyd by this time. That dick made a major contribution to destroying chart music with his commercialised bullshit + has the audacity to think he's all that.
mate you should put this on ebay or something if you have the full show. people would pay for it ive been chasing this for years i lost it when i moved to australia
Yeh Mate and the night before it woz the technics dj mixin championships went with sylvia tella she did a live set .... never used to pay to get in .... woz propper mad back in the day ....
