@LennethX360 I think that doesn't matter much. I think the name of the attack contains Barcelona because it's the most famous city in Spain, but his scenario is clearly from Andalucia, south of Spain, architecture and flamenco are the clues.

For other way, I'd rather not to think about where in Spain is Vega from, the same way I'd rather not to know where in Japan is Ryu from or where in India is Dhalsim from. If I knew it and I went there, I'd be sad not to find them there street fighting
