mate if they are from another dimension an can transport here from another galaxy or even universe, why would they be interested in nuclear fuel and weapons, seriously....if they have mastered time travel which is basically wat they are doing to get here why would they need useless earth toys, and if they have stepped into a higher dimension the only way to do this is through acceptence as one conciousness and love, so they have no intent to kill!

Well we are just now learning about this, since it was only 50 years ago when Physics were being studied! Parallel universes are almost the same, but some small changes do happen, example here you study Physics, but in a parallel universe you could be studying to become a simple mechanic. Other dementions have completely diffrent physics and possibly things that would be fiction here!
