Why not use more containers and create more efficiency than building with wood? Doesn't seem very efficient to me.

Question it looks like the shipping container could be use as a disaster / Crisis room to go into for hurricane,tornado but in case of Flood if it was had people food water and other supplies inside it, could it with stand a storm surged 14 to 16 ft for a few hours to 24 hours safely ???
