I remember watching this as a kid, and i tried to replicate it, with three balls, and practiced n practiced and eventually i could make out a happy birthday :) for got it all now.
i dont think this is fake, hes a master jongluer and with intensive training its possible to do this, my stephbrother also jongluers with pins and balls and hes very fast with it too =)

It's simply a sequencer and he keyboard is one large pressure switch. The sequencer is programmed to play the notes sequentially. The balls can land anywhere, and the next correct note will play whenever, and wherever the ball lands. Busted hundreds of times on YouTube.

Well, you wouldn't know if he was faking it or really that talented, I seen the glitch where he bounced the ball but no sound came out. One thing I can think of is there might've been a glitch when he came to that part, coming from the camera dude.
@1steeler777fan1 if you put your sound higher you'll hear a little sound, its because he was just passing the ball to his other hand, he was not playing
