Hey don't be so hard on yourself. It will come with time. I am just now researching the lap band. I read that it would take 2-3 yrs to lose the weight. Don't expect a miracle over night, it will take time. I know some lose it faster but, oh well.... you're great..
Size 14!!! wwoooo hoooo Its my goal to be a size 14! I think your doing great! (on your camera deactivate the automatic light setting detection..that should help with the lag.)
Hi hun,Im glad to see a update: ) U look awesome and im hoping u will feel better about your slow process in weight loss I yoyo'ed soooooo much the first 2 months and now it seems to pick up and go down even though at times its only like 2 poinds a week or so but at least im not yo yo'ing anymore..So anyhow i sooo know how u are feeling about that. I am 7 cc's full in my 9cc band and still have very tight restriction though at times can eat a regular size salad within a hour or so : ) hugs Mary
Now that I have restriction I am so hoping that things will pick up. 20lbs just seems like nothing when so many lose that in surgery prep phases. I am really trying not to be disappointed.
Thanks for the update, you look great! Better than anyone should look at 2 in the morning. My big advice is throw away your scale. Just get weight at the docs. That gain one lose one is bringing you down and your doing great. We are all going to lose at diffrent speeds.
Thanks -- strangely I wore the size 22 not because I had too. I felt confort in my size 230 attire until the pants fell off. So even after the surgery I kept wearing them. I was likely an 16/18 but never made the investment in fear I wouldnt not continue to make progress.

Wow a size 22 to a 14 and only lost 20lbs? You must be losing a lot of inches?
None the less, you look great! Thanks for the update!
