I have these mags. They rock, especially in tactical drills when everything is 10,000 RPM and all left thumbs. I also have PMAGS, which perform equally as well, but obviously don't count.

why not make it clear as well?

@Atominist few reasons, but the main one is that now you know the exact number. as well, think of the most important rounds... the very last few - even if your mag is clear, you cannot see those rounds - it is in the chamber. by the way, our mag provides another window that indicates how many rounds left even if the mag in the vest pouch
