The true Deen (Way) with God is Submission (to His will)[3:71]
Islam (lit. Submission)
Deen of God ~= Way of God ~= Islam
Shinto = 神道 ~= Way of God ~= Islam?
"Indeed, We sent forth among every nation a Messenger,; saying: 'Serve you God, and eschew idols.' Then some of them God guided, and some were justly disposed to error. So journey in the land, and behold how was the end of them that cried lies"[16:36]
Shinto, could be brought by a messenger of God, but was corrupted through the ages
I always love to discover how the different systems correlate with each other. Seems the systems steeped in a great amount of truth are certainly similar at their core. Also, the idea of cleansing being a central theme, a regular ritual... rather than the way a lot of us treat it in the west, by only cleansing when we need it. Thank you Maggy
Oh great! Something new to learn! I really love your book, and most recently I have fallen in love with the writings of Z'ev Ben Shimon Halevi . Your book Total Kabbalah again, at it's most simple, is an amazing resource. Please tell us more about Shinto.
Jehovah supports this message, and so do I.
