Senator Stephen Conroy : Not much chop, I'm afraid. Not the sharpest tool in the box, is old Conroy. Rudd needs to give a few of his ministers a big wake-up call. Shape up or ship out. Poor old Gough Whitlam in '73- '75 was destroyed by several notable, incompetent grossly-irresponsible ministers of his; would hate to see the same thing happen to Big Kev.
