Thumbs up li'l girl, you're amazing! Let me share an observation: some elements of your gears seams out of scale for you. You should seriously consider having a drumkit to fit your size, even more for your drumsticks. These days, there's plenty of options for smaller players and there's no shame to play 'em. Ever think getting 13" snare? 13" hihats? some splashes? 7A-like sticks? That would really help you to get more "control". Advise from a +25yrs drummer
