it's by Cielosim, and I use Vista 32 but i'm not sure if it's compatible with 64.

How good is the atc chatter software, is it repetitive ever?

I love it. It's really easy to set up, and once you do, you just tune your aircraft radio to the airport's tower and the atc starts a live broadcast of that airport.
