You guys should focus on my local court system in dodge county wisconsin. it seems like they just make up the laws as they go along. The district attorney, the puplic defender, and the judge all are friends and go drinking together. You know, most people have some flaws and live in hypocrisy. Its almost impossible to escape. Whether you are a freedom activist or an empoyee of the state who may try to strip away our freedoms, I have yet to meet anyone that is perfect. Now this protest had some direction and an overall purpose to your cause unlike the man gardening in the public square. This brought in alot of productive attention to valid concerns about the constraints to citizen's freedoms brought on by the system's own internal confusion and hypocrisy instead of just adding to it and widening the gap between lovers of freedom and those in positions of power to try and restrict those freedoms.

If suing for money must be done then perhaps 2 months of lost wages at the most. I think anything more to be frivolous and diminishing of the cause for freedom. I believe it far better to obtain a public apology and perhaps a reprimand or whatever they do to naughty judges to be a far better and more productive alternative.

I say he sues for whatever he can get. He keeps the two months pay and the rest gets distributed in 10-20 checks to random taxpayers in the area.

Sometimes money is the only language some people in government understand. When they have to explain to the taxpayers that a million dollars disappeared because of their decision to violate an individuals civil rights, the people may call for change.

The money could be used for local campaigning to put more pro-freedom officials in positions of leadership. Or it could be used to help benefit the community in areas where the current government has failed.
